Landlord/Tenant Issues
The City Attorney’s office does not deal with any Landlord/Tenant
issues. However, there are several Illinois statutes relating to
Landlord/Tenant issues. For copies of these documents, feel free to
contact the Des Plaines Public Library and ask to speak with a
Reference Librarian. These documents are as follows:
