2008 Press Release: Chiro One Wellness Centers Recently Opened in
Metro Square

September 26, 2008
 Chiro One Wellness Centers (COWC) recently
opened in Metropolitan Square, downtown Des Plaines. Mayor Tony
Arredia was on hand to cut the ribbon at the Hawaiian Luau themed
grand opening. Chiro One personnel have launched several community
oriented programs and are one of the participating agencies in Des
Plaines Pounds Down, a program committed to improving the overall
health and quality of life of community residents. Chiro One is also
a member of the Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Recently
Chiro One launched a Walking Club. Walkers meet at 6:30 PM, Tuesdays
and Thursdays, COWC, 653 Metropolitan Way, for a one-mile walk. On
Saturdays walkers meet at 8AM and walk one to three miles through
the downtown area and nearby parks. (pictured left to right) Jamie
