2008 Press Release: Police Department Promotions
For immediate release
April 22, 2008
 The City of Des Plaines Police Department
recently witnessed three promotions: Officer Sean Flanagan was
promoted to Sergeant, Sergeant Dan Niemann was promoted to Commander
and Commander Rich Rozkuszka was promoted to Deputy Chief
(Investigations Division). Des Plaines City Clerk Donna McAllister
administered oaths to the officers on Friday, April 18, 2008, in the
City Council Chambers of City Hall. (pictured above left to right)
