It’s official! Froots, a new restaurant franchise, is open in downtown Des Plaines Metropolitan Square, 657 Metropolitan Way! A ribbon cutting, attended by City of Des Plaines and Chamber of Commerce and Industry Officials, marked the grand opening of the new eatery. Froots, under the management of Kathy Lee, serves a variety of signature wraps, salads, fruit trays, box lunches and smoothies. Stop and grab a lunch or snack.
