Devel.)

North Frontage Road, Bolingbrook, IL 60440, for purchase of five (5) Bullard T3 Thermal Imaging Cameras with Accessories in the amount of $49,995/2008 Budgeted Funds for the Fire Department in the amount of $24,997.50 and Foreign Fire Insurance Tax Board Funds in the amount of $24,997.50; and it would be in the best interest of the City that usual bid procedures be waived (ESG is sole source for Bullard T3 Cameras (recommended by Fire Chief)
