in the amount of $24,997.50 and Foreign Fire Insurance Tax Board
Funds in the amount of $24,997.50; and it would be in the best
interest of the City that usual bid procedures be waived (ESG is
sole source for Bullard T3 Cameras (recommended by Fire Chief)
