City Code to add a new Section 13 - "Regulations of Dumpsters

dumpsters on the City's rights-of-way at a fee of $15 per month
for a three (3)-months maximum period with one (1) additional
three (3)-month maximum period permitted as authorized by the
Director of Public Works at an additional cost of $15 per month
