Youth Club Registration
Des Plaines Youth Residents can have a membership application for
the Youth Club mailed to their home via U.S. Mail.
The club dues, which include a Youth Club T-Shirt, are $10.00 a
year, payable to the club director when the application is submitted
for acceptance. If you belong to more than one center, dues
will be collected at one center and waived at the other. A separate
application must be filled out and on file at each center you
attend.
